Title: Completion of the Training Workshops Series During the Pilot Phase and Launch of the Upgraded Version of the XBRL Electronic Disclosure System

The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is pleased to announce the completion of the  training workshops series during the pilot phase and the launch of the upgraded version of the XBRL electronic disclosure system. These training workshops aim to explain and train stakeholders on using the system, its components and portals, to enable them to prepare and adapt to the system before it enters the mandatory implementation phase.

Based on the above, we are pleased to invite you and your representatives to participate in the upcoming training workshops scheduled to be held online as follows:

We would like to note the following:

1. The aforementioned training workshops will be held in Arabic. However, inquiries will be answered in both Arabic and English.

2. All the aforementioned workshops are intended for the categories mentioned in the table above, but redirecting this invitation to other suitable attendees is encouraged..

3. It is essential for the parties that will assume the role of Entity Admin, key users (Company Super Users – CSUs), ordinary users (Company Users – CUs), auditors registered with the CMA (Auditor Super Users – ASUs), and persons and institutions concerned with the insider disclosure forms, interest disclosure forms, and controller disclosure form to participate as specified for each respective workshop.
