Title: Announcement Regarding the Licensing of Securities Activities for GFH Capital- Kuwait

Based on Resolution No. (133) of 2024 Regarding the Preliminary Approval for the Incorporation of a Company to Practice Securities Activities in accordance with Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities, its Executive Bylaws, and amendments thereto, issued on 06/10/2024, and in implementation of Article 2 of the aforementioned Resolution, which grants the Company a license after fulfilling the requirements of the CMA for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the CMA's license certificate.
The CMA announces that a license is issued to GFH Capital- Kuwait for the activity of Subscription Agent on 10/10/2024, valid for a period of three years, renewable.
